About the Event

The long-held postures support the reversal of stress response in the body, tonifying and nourishing the nervous system and nurturing the organs that plays a key role in restoration & renewal. 

Sound baths are an experience in which you are exposed to natural sounds such as those created by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or crystal bowls. The sound vibrations help to move energy through your body while also inducing relaxation. The combination of these two practices provides an opportunity for deep relaxation while also strengthening your body’s connection with its own natural rhythms.
