If you are familiar with the indoor rowing scene in Singapore, then you might have heard of the Bermuda Triangle Fitness Challenge.
An annual event hosted by The Row Space, Singapore's only indoor rowing studio, the challenge comprises three components: Skiers, Air Bike and the Rowing Machine - designed to test the physical and mental limits of its participants, while remaining inclusive for challengers of all fitness levels.

Thanks to The Row Space, the SportPlus team received a first hand experience of the challenge, albeit a modified one, in the debut episode of its Studio Plus Showdown series.
The series witnesses SportPlus.sg hosts Cheryl Tay and John Yeong gather their friends to face-off across a series of sports and fitness challenges.

For the first episode of Studio Plus Showdown, The Row Space co-founder Jeremy Tan ramped up the traditional Bermuda Triangle Challenge by incorporating additional HIIT workouts into each of the stations.

While the general format still comprised row, ski and ride (air bike); participants were expected to complete additional exercises which would add to the overall total score and determine the winner.
