A study by researchers at the University of Aberdeen showed that finding a new exercise companion increases the amount of exercise that people do.
Furthermore, the amount of exercise increased further when the new partner offered emotional support and encouragement, as opposed to providing practical support (for example, never missing a session or doing the actual activity together).

Designed to push individuals to their full potential, and tailored to suit their goals and timeline, arguably the most enticing perk of 'Results First', is that it allows members to train with their buddies at no additional cost!
