What would be one word that describes your 2023?
Kenneth: One word that describes my 2023 would be "challenging". Obviously being a new parent, that's one. Being involved in a lot of activities including attempting my first marathon in 15 years, everything was a real challenge and trying to manage everything within 24 hours a day.
What is something you hope for in 2024?
Kenneth: In 2024, I hope to have new challenges, and I also hope to outdo myself in terms of running and sport achievements. I also hope to outdo myself in terms of having more time with family.
What kind of people do you get your energy from and where do you find them?
Kenneth: To be frank the people I get my energy from are my family. My wife and kid because they are the rock of my life, and having them at home with me or just having them to do activities with me energises me and motivates myself to go further. If you put your mind to something, you can achieve what you set out to do.
What is your proudest accomplishment in life?
Kenneth: That would be being a father. Very happy to have my son going about our daily activities, he is my priority.
Favourite hobby outside of sports?
Kenneth: Spending time with my family including my little one. Going out on walks or just having fun at home.
