What is one word that describes your 2023 and why?
Sharon: The word is "fulfilling". I took my Masters programme, which is something I've been thinking about for a while but I finally decided to challenge myself for further learning.
What do you hope to get in 2024?
Sharon: I hope to build meaningful relationships with my friends and family, leading to more focused connections with each one of my loved ones.
In the next 3 years how do you want to grow and what do you want to learn?
Sharon: In the next 3 years, I hope to further improve on my form in running, to do more drills that's really important as a runner.
Is there a song that motivates you?
Sharon: I enjoy listening to Christian music and jazz music when I run, I think that's really helpful because it helps me to reflect on my inner thoughts.
What is your favourite hobby outside of sport?
Sharon: I enjoy going to cafes, visiting new places with my friends and family, and with that I am able to build new experiences.
