Singapore, 10 February 2025Red Bull “gives wiiings” for Singaporeans to kickstart their fitness journey with the ‘Train Like a Champ’ challenge. The initiative encourages individuals to push their personal limits and earn an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent Singapore at the Red Bull 400 in Japan.

The ‘Train Like a Champ’ challenge is designed to motivate Singaporeans to stay active and showcase their fitness, as inspired by the incredible achievements of Singapore’s very own Kyra Poh.

A Champion’s Spirit


As a three-time world champion for indoor skydiving, Poh embodies the discipline, strength, and resilience required to compete at the highest levels of sport. Poh has emphasized the importance of a comprehensive workout routine in maintaining her championship form and dominance in her sport. “Training represents a significant part of my preparation,” said Poh.

Poh finds the ‘Train Like a Champ’ to be a “fun game-changer for Singaporeans looking to elevate their fitness journey and be part of the Red Bull Community.” The indoor skydiving sensation explained, “The goal is to inspire others (by showing them) that people can push past their own limits, create a consistent routine, and find the ‘champion’ in themselves.”

Embrace an Active Lifestyle with Red Bull


The ‘Train Like a Champ’ challenge is open to individuals of all fitness levels, aiming to make physical activity a fun and consistent part of everyday life. Red Bull (blue & silver), in partnership with leading social fitness tracking service Strava, encourages all Singaporeans to take part, whether they are seasoned athletes or budding fitness enthusiasts.

To join, participants simply need to:


1. Join the Red Bull ‘Train’ Like a Champ challenge on the Strava app


2. Log at least 12 active days per month, engaging in any form of exercise from running and cycling, to yoga and swimming


4. Fill in the form and upload your Strava Challenge badge along with other requirements to finalise your participation


The top performing participants of the challenge will win the opportunity to compete on the global track as the exclusive representative of Singapore at the Red Bull 400 in Sapporo, Japan, an extreme uphill sprint that pushes endurance and athleticism to the edge.
