Known for its eye-catching movements through the air, acroyoga is a partner activity and a fusion of yoga and acrobatics.
Acroyoga is a good way for you to develop overall strength, increase your flexibility, coordination, body awareness and balance while helping you to build trust and learn to work with others through positive communication.
In a culture where there is an overemphasis on working yourself into the ground, acroyoga is also a great way for you to rediscover play and to reconnect with yourself through mindfulness and groundedness.
