Women's AOFC Cup: Singapore U19s defeat Indonesia 3-1 for first win [Singapore Floorball Series]

An impressive display by Singapore's U19s saw the team claim its first win, while an emphatic 5-1 win over Malaysia by the senior side sets up a titanic finale against Philippines on day 5

Singapore, 27 May 2022 - Singapore Under-19s put on an impressive display to defeat Indonesia 3-1. Armi Nur Qistina from the Singapore Under-19s opened the scoring in the first period with a strike into the bottom right corner of the net. Both teams scored in the second period to make it 2-1 before Singaporean Lim Jie Ying put the game to bed with their third in the final period.


Meanwhile, the Singapore senior team recorded an emphatic 5-1 win against causeway rivals Malaysia to set up a tentalising final day clash against Philippines. More photos from the Women's AOFC Cup Day 4 available in our photo gallery here.
