AIA HYROX Singapore 2026 Race Guide
AIA HYROX Singapore returns to Singapore EXPO from 26 to 29 November, and for the first time the race runs over four days. The organisers expect more than 18,500 athletes from 92 nationalities, with 43% of them travelling in from overseas and more than 10,000 lining up for their very first HYROX.
If that's you, here is your complete guide to race week: when your division starts, how to get to the venue, and what to expect once you're on the floor.
The Format: Eight Runs, Eight Stations
Every HYROX race follows the same format around the world. You run 1 km, then complete a workout station, and repeat that eight times. Singles race in Open or Pro, pairs share the stations in Doubles, and teams of four split the work in the Relay.
The Schedule: Which Day You Race
The organisers have published a provisional wave schedule. It can still change, so check your own start time, which is linked about three days before the event. Start times can't be swapped once they're set.
- Thursday, 26 November: Men Open and Men Adaptive in the morning; Doubles Men Open into the afternoon; Doubles Women Open, Women Open and Women Adaptive in the afternoon; Doubles Mixed into the evening.
- Friday, 27 November: Men Open, Men Adaptive and Men Pro in the morning; Women Pro, Doubles Men Open, Doubles Women Open, Women Open and Women Adaptive in the afternoon; Doubles Mixed late afternoon; the Corporate Relays (Men, Mixed and Women) in the evening.
- Saturday, 28 November: Men Open and Men Adaptive in the morning; Doubles Mixed and Doubles Women Pro in the afternoon; Doubles Men Pro and the Men's and Women's Relays in the evening.
- Sunday, 29 November: Doubles Women Open in the morning; Women Open and Women Adaptive into the afternoon; Doubles Men Open in the afternoon; the Mixed Relay in the evening.
The last wave of each day is expected to start at around 8pm.
Getting to Singapore EXPO
The race is at Singapore EXPO, 1 Expo Drive, Singapore 486150, right at Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35), which is on both the East-West Line and the Downtown Line.
If you're driving, parking at Singapore EXPO costs S$1.80 for each of the first two hours and S$1.50 for every 30 minutes after that, with no daily cap, so a long race day adds up. Motorcycles pay S$0.36 an hour for the first two hours, then S$0.30 per 30 minutes, capped at S$4 a day.
One thing to plan around: your race wristband only gets you into the venue on the day you race. To come back and cheer on another day, you'll need a spectator ticket.
What's in Your Race
- A finisher patch for crossing the line.
- Live results: your time goes on the leaderboard as you race, with split times for every run and station.
- Age-group podiums in each division.
- World Championship slots: certain age groups in the Pro divisions can qualify for the 2027 HYROX World Championships in Hong Kong.
- Hydration on the course.
- Race photos from Sportograf, the official photographer, about 48 hours after your race. Upload a selfie on sportograf.com and it finds your pictures.
New This Year: Youngstars and a Bigger Adaptive Field
Singapore hosts the Asia debut of HYROX Youngstars, a format built for young athletes aged 8 to 15 with age-appropriate movements and running intervals. The adaptive divisions have grown too, with 32 adaptive athletes confirmed, up from five at the previous edition.
Before You Go
- Check your start time when it's linked, three days out, and arrive with time to spare.
- Bring a spectator plan for friends and family: they'll need their own tickets.
